Zviko Mhakayakora is a Zimbabwean Creative & Corporate Relations Specialist based in Toronto.
She is a highly driven, results-oriented Operations Specialist with over 7 years of experience in community engagement, talent development, academic learning support, and team management. She has a proven track record of success in sourcing, hiring, and placing top talent across various industries while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients/stakeholders.
Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, human resources, career coaching, advising, project management, and event management, her expertise enable her to lead multi-disciplinary teams to success – having done so for companies and clients such as TAXI/TYPE1, OCAD University's Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers, Toronto International Festival of Authors, and now Schulich School of Business at York University.
In addition to her professional achievements, Zviko is also an active member of the community, serving on the board of DesignTO. With her passion for community engagement and talent development, she stays committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
